As a member of the United States Army, Wayne Redding performed various telecommunications activities in Germany creating an initial interest in what was to become Information Technology.
Software Development / IT
After spending two years in the military between 1965 and 1967, Wayne began working in the savings and loan industry in Northeast Ohio. He worked his way up to be vice-president as a manager, programmer and IT specialist. He was there for 15 years before he decided it was time to start his own business.
Entering the Medical Billing Arena
After resigning from the saving and loan, Wayne founded Redding Resources, Inc. Initially the company was focused on selling hardware and software solutions to medical billing companies across the United States.
Working Directly with Surgeons and Specialists
After realizing the systems he was selling took those companies to the next level, Wayne made the decision to start his own business. He used the same hardware and software he was selling to contract with medical clients directly. This shifted Redding Resources to become the proven billing company it is today working with mostly all types of surgeons and specialists.
